Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, sample order to test and check quality is welcomed. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. How about the lead time?
A: 1-3 days for sample order, 3-7days for mass production order base on order quantities.
Q4: How do you ship the finished production ?
A: By SEA, AIR or Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT,etc) are optional.
Q5: Is it OK to print my logo ?
A: We provide OEM service to our customers, we can help to make the label and color box according to your requirements.
Q6: How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly, please let us know your detail requirement and application environment, secondly we will recommend some suitable
products and solutions to you according to your request. Thirdly, after confirm all the details, customers will issue the purchase
order and make the payment to confirm, then we start for the production and arrange the shipment.
Q7: How to deal with the defective?
A: All of our product are produced in strict quality control system, the defective rate is less than 0.2% according to our
shipment records. We offer 3-5 years warranty for this product, if there is any defective during the warranty, please provide the
picture or video for the working situation of the defective lights, we will ship the new lights to you within a few days or send
it together with your next order.
Q: How should I choose the LED corn lamp? (watt color base…)
A: Usually LED corn lamps are used to replace metal halide, high-pressure sodium with 3-4 times, for example, our 12w is to
replace 50w; 20w replace 75w; 45w replace 175w; 54w replace 200w.
in North America market, 4000k and 5000k popular, medium base (E26); mogul base (E39, EX39)
Q: Any important certificates?
A: Now for our LED lamps, there are some available test reports or certificate, such as UL/cUL, DLC, FCC, ENEC, VDE, TUV,SAA, PSE,
CE, ROHS, LM79, LM80, and Erp etc.
Q: Do you have some suggestions on how to choose a good LED corn lamp vendor?
A: To choose a stable LED corn lamp vendor is very important if your company decide to promote these lamps. Because these lamps
usually installed in outdoor with 10-30 feet height, it means the installation cost is very high. So please ensure the lamp
quality is very good, otherwise, your company will lose lots of money on later maintenance. All in all, you should put “quality
first, prices second.”
