Performance description:
The impact specimen notch projector is designed and developed by us based on the actual needs of current domestic users and the requirements of the impact specimen gap in GB / T229-2007 “Metal Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method”. Charpy V-shaped and U-shaped impact specimens are special optical instruments for notch processing quality. This instrument uses the optical projection method to enlarge and project the profile of the measured impact specimen V or U-shaped notches onto the projection screen, and impacts on the projection screen. The comparison between the standard template drawing of the sample V and the U-shaped notch to determine whether the notch processing of the tested impact sample is qualified. The advantages are simple operation, intuitive comparison and high efficiency.
