Features Water Well Drilling Rig
1. The drilling rig can work in harsh environments such as mud, mortar and liquid. In order to ensure sealing performance, a mechanical seal is specially treated to block the leakage of gear oil and prevent mud and sand from entering the body.
2. The drill pipe is threaded connection, using seamless steel pipe, threaded joints are made of 45 steel, forging and quenching treatment, strong torsion resistance, and grease lubrication. Through the forward and reverse rotation of the gearbox, the installation and disassembly of the drill rod are realized.
3. The drilling rig uses the hydraulic oil reversing valve to operate the lifting, lowering and extension of the drilling rig’s hydraulic outriggers, which can be fully separated from the truck chassis during work, and the hydraulic outriggers can enhance the balance and stability of the drilling rig.
4. The drilling rig adopts high-pressure and large-capacity Chigo air compressor, which increases the drilling speed by 1.5 times. With an alloy steel impactor, it can drill in a variety of formations such as clay, sand and bedrock.
