1.I have a usb on my computer will it go ok there?
Yes. This webcam works with USB. It has a USB 2.0 cable so you can directly plug it in and it will play.
2.What’s the length of the USB cable ?
The USB cable of this PC webcam is about 5 ft.
3.Does this webcam work with Zoom video conference software on a Windows 10 laptop?
Yes. This 1080P webcam works with Zoom and it’s compatible with a Windows 10 laptop.
4.Can the camera work on Skype?
Yes, you can use it on Skype/Facebook/Zoom/YouTube/Face Time etc.
5.How many megapixels does this have?
It is 2.0Megapixel with 1080P FHD video.
6.Is the volume of the built-in mic adjustable? If so, how? I adjust volume on my PC speakers.
The webcam is operated by the software of the PC or smart TV
7.Can l use on MS teams?
Yes, it works with any and all applications that support the standard Windows protocols (and presumably Apple etc too). If Windows can see it, Teams can use it, just remember to select it as your camera device in the Teams Device Settings.
8.I have plugged in this webcam. There is no apparent sign of life. Is it activated only when on Zoom or similiar site?
It will only work when you are running software that uses it. If Zoom, then click on the upward arrow just to the right of the Start Video icon and select “HD USB Camera”. For HD, you will also need to go to Video Settings and click on “Enable HD”. Thereafter these will be your default settings until you change them again.
9.Do you need to charge before use or is it powered by the usb?
It’s powered by USB, so no need to charge.
10. Does this camera have auto focus?
This camera has manual focus.
11. How do i set this up on my windows 7 desktop? Can you give me a link to download the app. Do i need to set up an account.
You don’t need an app. It’s simply plug and play through a USB cable and the driver will automatically install for you.
