Q: The decice cannot connect to Wifi?
A: 1. Please confirm that the wireless network to be connected is 2.4G protocol.
2. Makesure that the indication light is in the red light flashing slowly state.
3. Check if the account password is correct and whether there are extra spaces.
Q: The device is online and there is a triggering evevt, but the phone does not receive push information?
A: Turn on the ” Self-starting” on APP and turn on the notification function on the “Apply permissions”, Turn off the “Battery Optimization” and also the “End the APP at background and reset screen” .(Different mobile phone manufacturers have different optimization methods, please refer to the actual situation)
