Rack and rail:
The transmission of this equipment is 3-mode helical gears, and Taiwan racks and guide rails with five-level grinding. The fixed screw holes of more than 4mm are all processed at one time on the milling machine to ensure the accuracy of the screw holes.
Japan Fuji/Panasonic servo motor:
The power part of the equipment is all made in Japan; the brand servo motor and driver are perfectly matched with the guide rack and rail, with low running sound, high speed and high precision.
Japan reducer:
Imported reducer with helical gear design can withstand greater torque than ordinary straight tooth. It has high precision, small volume, low noise, fully enclosed design to ensure that the grease does not leak. And the transmission efficiency is up to 95%. The internal components are made of alloy steel, which can cope with various harsh environments.
