Production Procedure:
Through a Box Feeding Machine, the clay is feeding onto the first Belt Conveyor, then to a Roller Crusher, the crushed clay is falling on the second Belt Conveyor, then to a Double Shaft Mixer, the well mixed clay is discharged onto the third Belt conveyor, then to the Logo Clay Brick Making machine, the finished green bricks are deliveried by the host machine itself conveyor, and piled on pallet by workers. Meanwhile, the waste materials are sent back to the double shaft mixer by the forth Belt conveyor.
A set Logo Clay Brick Making Machine, a set clay feeder, a set roller crusher, and 4sets belt conveyors, form a logo clay brick production line.
