III. The structural principle
The plasticity testing machine is composed of several parts, such as a thermostat, a workbench, a temperature controller, and a timer. The interlayer of the incubator is filled with glass fiber for thermal insulation. Pressurized weight and working platform are installed in the thermostat. When the handle is turned, the chain drives the pressurized weight to move up and down along the two guide bars, so that the value of the dial indicator changes as the pressurized weight moves. The temperature controller automatically controls the temperature and maintains a constant temperature to ensure that the sample is tested at a certain temperature. The timer automatically controls the alarm when the time reaches a certain time, indicating the completion of a sample test.
IV. The calculation method
Plastic value: h1 × 100
Recovery value: (h2-h1) × 100

Take 0.01mm as a plastic value or recovery value.
The results after the test are expressed as the median of the three samples.
V. Sample standards
5.1 The sample is cylindrical, with a diameter of φ16 ± 0.5mm and a height of 10 ± 0.25mm;
5.2 The sample should be free of air bubbles, pores and debris;
5.3 If the thickness of the sample cannot meet the requirements, it can be laminated together with two or three layers, and the glue temperature should not be lower than 40 ℃ when cutting;
5.4 The sample can be unvulcanized rubber film, and should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB6038. The preparation method of the sample for comparison test should be strictly consistent, and the time interval between sample preparation and cutting from the film should be not less than one hour.
5.5. The number of samples is not less than three.
VI. Matters needing attention
1. The set temperature is generally adjusted before leaving the factory. Users should check whether it is correct before use.
2. Due to the high sensitivity of the machine, false triggering may occur. You need to press the stop button to work.
3. It should be grounded reliably.
4. After use, turn off the power and cover it with a dust cover after cooling.
note:
When putting the sample into the plasticity test, lift the lifting handle up and hear the click.
When the dial indicator is adjusted to zero, the temperature must be raised to 70 degrees, the pointer should be aligned with the zero position, and the compression nut should be tightened.
