IWIN-40 type multifunctional pull off tester is developed by Cangzhou Iwin Testing Equipment Co.,Ltd. It is mainly used to detect the strength of concrete after installation and pull out, and to inspect the bonding strength of concrete facing bricks, mosaics, and wall or ground and the strength of concrete, chemical anchor drawing test.
This instrument is a small hydraulic force-measuring device. When testing the adhesive strength of decorative bricks, the three-point counterforce support is used to generate tensile force on the adhesive material of decorative bricks. The concrete is tested by using the principle of post-installation and extraction. The force required to anchor the concrete in the concrete is used to calculate the strength of the concrete.
The instrument consists of a through-hearth jack, a hand pump, a triangular chassis, and a force measuring device. It has the characteristics of one machine and two uses, a novel structure, small size, convenient operation and complete functions.
