Hydraulic system
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven into the oil path by the motor and enters the oil cylinder through the return valve.The force meter collects and analyzes the data through the sensor, displays the constant force value, and the tester controls the flow through the oil delivery valve to realize the speed of the test force.
Force measuring system
l Manually adjust the oil return valve for simple and flexible operation;
l Has the maximum load peak retention function;
l With dynamic display function of loading rate;
l Report of random test with test date, number, failure load, compressive strength, etc
Safety protection device
When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, the overload protection will stop the oil pump motor.
