1)Choose a work place relatively smooth before helting and welding, leave 3-4cm width of overlap edge for connecting the two pieces, fix both ends of each pieces with something such as adhesive tape or clamp.
2)Turn on the power by pressing the switch key for 3 seconds, according to the quality and thickness of the materials, consider the ground circumstance, set the proper temperatire and speed, give the "Switch" button a press, adjust the suitable hot-air blowing rate, press Swicth Key again to return. Prepare hot up about 2 minutes.
3)Bring up the machine, place the pressing roll at the end of the overlap edge.
4)Handle the welding gun to left down, insert the spout into the gap of the two overlap pieces, then the machine start running and seaming.
5)During welding, use the gripe to align the moving direction,let the upper piece's edge be in touch with the inner side of the welding spout's neck.
6)After the machine go pass the overlap edge to the end , the two disjunct pieces will be joined into one.Then handle up the welding gun to right for stop.
