 DESCRIPTION:

  • MBC-Acrylic Sealant is a one component, water based acrylic sealant with fungicide, designed to provide a flexible paintable seal where shrinkage and construction tolerances have left unsightly gaps in building interiors.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

  • Easy – to – use one component type.
  • Cures at room temperature at ambient humidity conditions.
  • No surface pre-treatment or primer required in most of the surfaces.
  • Water based low VOC sealant.
