Pulping system

Paper pulping is essential parts of pulp molding. It can use all kinds of waste paper, through crash, selection and other methods, make suitable pulp, for use in the pulp molding.

Pulp forming system

Through vacuum function, the pulp are fixed on the forming mold uniformly, then got wet egg tray, at last delivery to dryer line or use natural dry.  

Dryer system

When products are forming, it consist many water, need make it dry and easy to storage. Metal dryer line: it use diesel, coal or gas as fuel make the air hot. Then pulping products can be dry in recycle hot air, the temperature can be 180-220 degree. Then use axial fan to absorb the water quickly. It can make egg tray dryer more quickly. Our dryer line include single belt layer, multi chain layer and brick dryer line. Single dryer line length 42-45 meter, double layer 22-25 meter. Multi layer can save workshop area and use heat more efficiency. Capacity below 1500 pcs/hour can use natural dry.

Shaping system

Pulp molding product through forming and dry, its shape is fixed, then can be packaged to storage.
