Introduction:

The double-screw press is a continuous double-screw press. This machine is used for solid-liquid separation operations containing certain fiber or viscous materials.

It is also used for continuous juice extraction of seabuckthorn fruits that have been removed or contain a small amount of twigs.

Features:

1.The conveying screw pushes the material entering the material box to the pressing screw, so that the liquid (juice) contained in the material is squeezed out.

2. The squeezed liquid flows out of the sieve and is concentrated in the juice hopper. The squeezed pomace is discharged out of the machine through the end of the sieve cylinder and the cone.

3. The back of the cone is equipped with a spring, which can change the discharge resistance and the size of the slag outlet

4.5, 10, 20 tons / hour presses are double screw rotation, the rotation direction is opposite, the pressing force on the material is large and uniform.

5. The cone of the slag outlet is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. Adjusting the oil pressure can change the pressure effect on the material and adjust the juice rate.

6. This machine can also be used for solid-liquid separation of other materials, and its effect varies to a certain extent due to the quality of the materials.

7. The feed box, screen cylinder and screw of this machine are all made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.
