1. Bed Frame: Robust Seamless Steel Bed Frame provides the stabile fundamental structure for the entire machine. 2. Transmission System: X & Y-axis adopts high precision Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail. Z-axis adopts Taiwan made ball screws. So the long-lasting lifetime is assured. 3. Motor Drive: Leadshine Stepper motor runs smoothly, which creates a none vibration phenomenon even in low speed and heavy load conditions. Hybrid Servo motor and Servo Motor are optional. 4. Control System: NC-Studio and DSP are both compatible with a wide range of file types. CAD/CAM designing software, such as type3/ ucancam/ artcam are part of the machine package. 5. Lubrication System: Manual/Automatic Oil-injection system provides an easy maintenance working environment. 6. Working Table: T-Slot table make sure the materials are stabilized while the machine is working. 7. Organ cover protects the gear racks from dust and reduces the maintenance cost.

Q: How to operate the machine? is training necessary? A: The machine is mainly controlled by software. Before shipment, we will make a simple operation manual with pictures and provide user manual of software. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with fiber laser printing machine before can still operate it very well. According to customers’ requests, we can send our technician to customer’ plant for machine training or customers can come to our plant for machine training if needed. A: We provide three years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case machine exists problem, we will provide parts required with free of charge by express.
