Product description:
Synchronous thermal analysis combines thermogravimetric analysis (TG) with differential thermal analysis (DTA) or differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The same sample can be used to synchronize TG and DTA or DSC information in the same measurement.
Measure and study the following characteristics of materials:
DSC: melting, crystallization, phase change, reaction temperature and reaction heat, combustion heat, specific heat …;
TG: thermal stability, decomposition, redox, adsorption and desorption, free water and crystal water content, calculation of composition ratio, etc.
Structural advantages:
1. The furnace body is heated by double-row winding of precious metal nickel-chromium alloy wire, reducing interference and more resistant to high temperature.
2. Pallet sensor, made of precious metal nickel-chromium alloy, has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. The power supply, the circulating cooling part is separated from the host, reducing the impact of heat and vibration on the microthermal balance.
4. It adopts open top structure, which is easy to operate. It is difficult to move the furnace up to place the sample, which may cause damage to the sample rod.
5. The host adopts heat insulation device to isolate the thermal influence of the heating furnace body on the cabinet and the micro-heat balance.

Controller and software advantages:
1. Imported 32-bit ARM processor Cortex-M3 core, faster sampling speed and faster processing speed.
2.24bit quad sampling AD collects DSC signal, TG signal and temperature T signal.
3. The power supply and water circulation part are controlled separately by an 8-bit single-chip microcomputer, so that the host and the cooling part are separated and do not interfere with each other, but the two are closely connected, and the cooling part is controlled by the host.
4. Two-way USB communication is used between the software and the instrument, which fully realizes remote operation. The parameters of the instrument can be set by the computer software and the operation of the instrument can be stopped.
5.7 inch full color 24bit touch screen, better human-machine interface. TG calibration can be achieved on the touch screen
