The laser beam is transmitted and focused on the surface of the material by an optical mechanism. The computer controls the x-y console to drive the laser head to move and controls the switch of the laser as required. The image information processed by the software has been stored in the computer in a certain way. When the information is read from the computer in a sequence, the laser head scans back and forth from left to right, from top to bottom, line by line, along the scanning track. When the scan reaches a “1” point, make the laser on, and when the scan reaches a “0” point, make the laser off. Computers store information in binary, which corresponds to both states of the laser switch.
